 SOCATOTS Leeds organised a Fun Day for all of its members to come along to and join in with. SOCATOTS games and activities ran throughout the session and guests were also able to pose for their new membership photos.
Each child pays for the photo as part of the membership scheme when joining SOCATOTS and then renews annually, receiving a new photo each year – giving parents the chance to compare their children’s pictures over the years and see how much they have grown.
One parent said, “I can’t wait to see our latest photograph! Everyone that has seen the first one loves it. It is great to have a good shot of Joshua in his kit!’’
Sessions were run based on age which allowed the activities to be suitable for the children in each group. But according to SOCATOTS Leeds Head Coach, Kirsty Cooper, “no matter what the age, everyone was keen to join in – especially the parents!”
Kirsty said, “It was a great opportunity for all the children to meet members from other SOCATOTS sessions, as many parents said that they see their own groups and forget that there are other groups that attend also!
“The children were very excited to meet the guest of honour – SOCATOT himself! SOCATOT posed with some of the children for photographs and also joined in some of the games.
“Following the huge success of our first SOCATOTS Leeds Fun Day, we are hoping to run further events like this one in the near future.”
SOCATOTS encourages all franchisees to think about holding a similar event for its members. |
