The SOCATOTS® sessions feature parental participation, whereby the emphasis remains largely on fun and structured play throughout all ages. The coaching involves following a set syllabus of developmental football skills presented in a fun environment using warm ups, skills development and games. Qualities needed - Energy and enthusiasm. - An ability to build relationships with parents and children. - Encouraging positive style. - Good communication skills. - Good organisational skills. - Must be reliable Someone who is organised, has the ability to motivate people, is patient and has a great sense of fun is an ideal candidate. Requirements - Experience with young children. You must of course love working with children and have a real aptitude for it but no formal qualifications are required. - A general interest in sport and sports coaching - Will be required to attend some Socatots training days. - Car-User essential. - A full Criminal Records Bureau check will be undertaken.
