 My name is Lucie Watts and I am the franchisee for this region. I would like to welcome you to the new Socatots Somerset & East Devon website.

I look forward to welcoming you and your child very soon to one of our many Socatots sessions running in and around the Somerset & East Devon area.

I am really excited about the Somerset & East Devon areas at the moment as I have recently taken on new Socatots instructors who are going through their training programme at the moment ready to start at many new centres in the forthcoming months ahead. The majority of our sessions are full and have waiting lists in place but I will be introducing new classes at many existing centres so that I can cater for everyone.

It is absolutely wonderful to not only see mums with their children at the Socatots sessions but dads as well. As a mother to four children under six myself, I know how important it is to spend quality time with your children and in this day and age we can easily get caught up with work commitments, leaving ourselves very little time for other things and before we know it our children have grown up very quickly. It is very important to make time for our little ones as their learning and development at a very young age is so important to them.

At Socatots sessions parents (guardians) fully participate throughout the whole of the session and we guarantee you and your child will have lots of fun whilst learning through the structure we have in place.

All Socatots are pre-booked on courses. SOCATOTS has been voted the Best Football Activity at the What's On 4 Little Ones Awards 2008.   The What’s On 4 Little Ones Awards, sponsored by Organix, are in their second year and this year received over 4,000 online votes. They aim to recognise the best pre-school activities available, fielding votes from parents that attend the various sessions.

Broadcaster, author and mum of twins Alice Beer supports the awards and said, "I am pleased that these awards are looking at the different groups and praising those who are providing a genuine service, stimulating our little ones and saving their parents!"

Speaking on the award, Simon Clifford said, “Everybody at SOCATOTS is honoured to receive this award and it is a culmination of constant development and commitment. We are forever looking at ways we can improve our syllabus to the benefit of the children that attend, and it is lovely to receive such an endorsement from the parents that attend.
